Simple terms. Clear expectations.

These terms cover the SocialPoints “coming soon” website and the waitlist. They’re intentionally short: enough to protect everyone without burying you in legal fog.

1) The waitlist

The goal is quality onboarding and safe scaling — not hype.

2) Using this site

Please don’t attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site, the waitlist, or any of its supporting services. That includes automated signups, scraping, probing endpoints, or trying to bypass confirmation.

Allowed

  • Browsing the site
  • Joining the waitlist with your own email
  • Sharing the site with friends

Not allowed

  • Automated / bulk signups
  • Attempts to compromise security
  • Scraping or data harvesting

3) Intellectual property

The SocialPoints name, logos, and site content are owned by SocialPoints (or its licensors). You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without permission.

4) Links and third-party services

This site may rely on third-party providers (for example, email delivery). We’re not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, but we choose providers carefully.

5) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” during pre-launch. We aim for reliability, but we can’t promise the site will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialPoints will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.

7) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
